Time-Saving Content System for Daily Sales and Launch Success

It’s been almost a year since I made the decision to step away from creating content on Instagram.

At the time, it felt like a practical move. I was in the thick of overhauling the curriculum for Life First Business, and I knew something had to give.

Instagram was the first thing I was willing to drop.

To be clear, though, it was never a question of whether content is important—content drives discovery, builds connection, and fuels sales. 

Of course it matters.

But what struck me then, and what continues to strike me now, is how much time I was unconsciously trading to keep the content machine running.

Even before stepping away, I was already questioning whether that tradeoff was worth it.

Time is the one currency we can’t get back. And yet, it’s the one we so easily spend without a second thought.

Creating content used to feel like this massive tab that was always open in my brain. 

If I wasn’t posting, I was planning what to post next. 

And when I wasn’t posting, I was in Stories, responding to DMs or answering question stickers.

It felt like a lot because it was a lot.

But stepping back gave me space to see something I hadn’t before: it wasn’t the content itself that was draining me—it was the inefficiency of how I was creating it.

I was creating almost everything from scratch and had no concrete system for organizing and filing what I’d created; nor did I have a way of housing all of my audience insights to make sales and launch content that bit easier.

I was overwhelmed, frustrated and not leveraging anywhere near what I could have, simply because I wasn’t approaching content creation with a systems-approach.

And that’s when I made the decision to overhaul the way I approached content creation entirely to better facilitate daily sales in a way that my team of two (myself and an assistant) could execute quickly each week.

I started with one big question:

How can I simplify this while still making it impactful and profitable?

The answer became the system I now teach in Traction.

It’s the exact process I use to create, organize, and repurpose content so that it supports my business without consuming my life.

When I think back to what content creation used to feel like, it’s night and day compared to now.

These days, the process is simple. 

I know exactly where to start and how to get the most out of every piece of content I create.

I have pages of organized ideal client avatar insights, along with proven messaging, language and phrases, organised in a way that allows me to quickly grab what I need to create content that actually produces sales every time I publish.

I have a process for coming up with weekly content ideas – and a bank of concepts I’ve already ideated on – which means I’m never staring at a blank page so UNCUT episodes, emails and posts get done in a fraction of the time they used to.

Nowadays, I can go from idea to scheduled sales sequence in less than an hour thanks to the system I’ve formulated.

All of this has made the process of publishing content light, simple and ease-ful again; as we ramp up our average daily sales.

More importantly, I’ve reclaimed so much time—time I now spend focused on serving my clients, running my business, and living my life.

That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing this process in the latest Traction masterclass.
