Stop focusing only on short-term goals—learn how planting seeds now can set you up for easier, more profitable launches in the future.
At the start of 2024, one of my students made a deliberate choice to make this year different.
For her, that meant:
- Streamlining her offers into a cohesive, intentional customer journey.
- Focusing on driving more people into those offers rather than creating something new.
- Committing to a repeatable process instead of starting from scratch every time.
Fast forward to now, and here’s how she’s closing out the year:
- She launched her new signature program—an anchor offer in her streamlined journey—selling 27 courses and one private coaching spot from this single launch.
- That one launch alone generated $31K in revenue.
- She generated half of her 2025 sales goal for the course in that one recent launch alone. So with three launches planned for next year, she’s on track to surpass her goal with ease.
But the numbers only tell part of the story.
What’s most powerful is how doing this work this year has set her up for long-term growth in 2025:
- Proven Systems: Instead of starting over, she now has a launch system she can refine and reuse again and again—saving her time and energy while driving bigger results.
- Simplicity That Scales: By focusing on fewer offers, she can go deeper and uplevel of her messaging and make small but powerful optimisations that will amplify her results without adding more to her plate.
- Momentum for the Future: With every launch, she’s building on what works, making her marketing and sales process even more effective and repeatable.
This wasn’t about her doing “the most”.
In fact, it was about doing less and more of what matters and doing the necessary work to allow her business to mature to support her at a new level moving forward.
She now gets to enjoy this time off knowing that:
- Her launches for 2025 are simple, scalable, and repeatable.
- She’s not starting from scratch every few months
- She’s built in a way that’s going to free up more time and energy—while creating more demand and momentum for the future.
This is why knowing where to apply your energy and focus – and in what order – matters.
It’s what allows you to really feel and experience the fruits of that hard work and have something tangible to show for it.
